K-flex^TM TPV  Compounds

TPV Compounds:
It means Elastomeric alloys, or called as thermal plastic vulcanizates; ours are based on EPDM+PP;
Features:
*Possessed excellent heat resistance and elastic property, good chemical resistance, weather resistance and aging resistance;
*Mostly applied for car parts;
*Good anti-slip property, especially in wet status; very good compression set; white color and good coloring property;
*Suitable to dual color processing for PP or PE; also able to be the toughener for PP or PE;
*Suitable to mostly thermoplastic procedures; PVC replacement;
*Green material, passed heavy metal regulation, RoHS and REACH-SVHC;
* Custom-tailored Development of new TPV compound available;
